As the oldest inn in the canton of Baselland – mentioned in a document in 1436 – the house not only has a great history but also a lot of character. Not least due to the stay of General Bonaparte in 1797.<\/p>

Today, hostess Dusha-Thusanthy Sinniah is the host of a contemporary and creative event. Her food creations and spice blends are also popular in the Tibits restaurants – she and her team implement many other ideas at the Schl\u00fcssel in Waldenburg.<\/p>
